Preston brings over 22 years of experience in the construction industry to Inspiration Builders. Following his business degrees from MTSU, Preston excelled in leadership roles across residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.
As President of Inspiration Builders, Preston oversees a comprehensive development process, encompassing land acquisition, zoning approvals, land development, site work, vertical construction management, and capital funding. Recent successes include a completed 30-unit townhome development in West Nashville and two ongoing projects in downtown Nashville. He’s currently pursuing a mixed-use development on 20 acres in Mt. Juliet.
