This policy explains what information The Sapphire Group Real Estate collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

You choose what to share; we only ask for what we need in order to respond usefully.
Like most websites, this site records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you. We use it to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. We also use cookies and similar technologies for the same purpose, and for analytics.
Property search on this site is provided by IDX Broker, which displays listing data from the RealTracs Solutions MLS. If you create a search account or save searches and favourites, that activity is handled by IDX Broker under their terms and is visible to our brokerage so that an agent can help you. Your search history is not sold.
We share information with the service providers who operate this website and our business systems on our behalf — including our website host, our customer relationship platform and IDX Broker — and only so that they can provide those services. We also share information where it is necessary to complete a transaction you have asked us to work on, for example with a title company, lender or cooperating brokerage, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in to emails or text messages, you can withdraw at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text message, or email us. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving brokerage services.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services and to satisfy the record-keeping requirements that apply to a licensed brokerage, then delete it.
This website does not take payments and does not collect or store credit or debit card details.
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will honour reasonable requests subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
